On November 23, 2007 Euroins Insurance Group LLC received permission from the Financial Supervision Commission to acquire 6 800 044 shares (68%), owned by Eurohold Bulgaria into insurance company Euroins.

After taking part in the 100% capital increase of Euroins Romania, Eurohold Bulgaria has complemented its package by acquiring shares also from other shareholders.

The capital of the new company will be formed through a contribution of the shares, which the holding has in EuroIns Bulgaria, EuroIns Romania (Asitrans Asigurari) and the Health Insurance Company St. Nikola Chudotvoretz.
