Euroins Insurance Group LLC (EIG) acquired a 90% stake in the Turkish general insurance company Inter Sigorta for a total consideration of € 427 thousand, following an approval from the Turkish Savings Deposit Insurance Fund and Directorate of Insurance at Treasury Undersecretary on January 21, 2009.

During the equity increase procedure of Euroins Insurance, the majority shareholder Euroins Insurance Group LLC (EIG) subscribed the maximum permissible number of shares against all its rights in 4/1 proportion between the issued rights and the new shares.
