After taking part in the 100% capital increase of Euroins Romania, Eurohold Bulgaria has complemented its package by acquiring shares also from other shareholders.
At present Eurohold Bulgaria owns 84.74% of the capital of the Romanian company, which has a total capital of 24,200,000 Romanian lei fully paid in by all shareholders.
