As of today, Euroins Bulgaria, one of the leading insurance companies in the country, has a completely new corporate website for online service and sale of insurance products.
The new website has a modern look, many new functionalities and is in line with the company's corporate identity. It has a modern and responsive design, easy to use on all devices, from desktops and laptops to tablets and smartphones.
MyEuroins and MyHealth are the two new portals where clients can manage their insurance themselves. In MyEuroins, the company's current clients can quickly and easily take out insurance, pay a premium online, track the status of a claim and more. Clients can track the history of all their insurance policies for the last three years. The portal starts with selling MTPL insurance. The online sale of travel insurance "Tourism in Bulgaria", "Travel Assistance" and "Travel Cancellation" is coming very soon, and at the beginning of 2024, the online sale of three new products from the company's portfolio, along with full administration of the process on filing damages. MyEuroins is designed for use by both individuals and legal entities. Clients who have more than one company can manage all their insurance policies from one client profile.
MyHealth portal is designed for users of Medical Insurance in Euroins. In MyHealth, clients can track the history of their preventive examinations, as well as submit a request for reimbursement for examinations and tests they paid for, receive decisions on filed claims, and more. All communication and service between the client and Euroins takes place in the portal, which facilitates and speeds up the process for the payment of benefits.
