The announcement of the winners was made in a discussion studio, with reasoned comments personally by the jurors in the contest. The meeting was also attended by the founder of the Blagotvoritel Foundation - Stoyko Petkov and Stanislava Rasheva - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the foundation. The National students contest "Mlad Blagotvoritel" 2023 is carried out in partnership and with the support of Euroins Insurance Group. The members of the jury, this year are:
- Bistra Georgieva - Creator and Director of "Children's Leadership Academy", translator
- Valeria Chankova - Journalist, 20 years of experience in television / bTV and Nova/, now producer at bTV News
- Desislava Elenkova - Manager of "Corporate Communications and Advertising" at " Euroins Insurance Group AD - partners and donors in the competition
- Dr. Miglena Damyanova - Senior teacher of philosophy and civic education MG "Baba Tonka Ruse" Ruse, doctor of philosophy of law and politics. Chairman of the regional commission for evaluating projects of the National Olympiad in "Civic Education".
- Milena Andreeva - Employee in the Administration of the Council of Ministers, with many years of experience in the field of youth policies as director of the "Youth Policies" Directorate at the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
- Tatyana Hristova – Professional coach of leaders, certified by the International Coaching Federation and consultant in professional and personal development.
- Teodora Bakardzhieva – Executive Director of the "Bulgarian Donor Forum".
