In an effort to strengthen the bonds of its international team, Euroins Insurance Group recently hosted a corporate team building event under the theme "Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!" in Rila Mountain, Bulgaria. The gatehring combined training with entertaining games and adventures that brought employees together and created memories that will stay for long time.

The two-day event started with a financial training on IFRS 17 that was scheduled for three hours but in the middle of it was interrupted by intruders who „kidnapped“the lecturer and then the fun began. The employees were grouped into teams and participated in an outdoor game in the forest to rescue the "kidnapped colleague". They had to find clues and figure out the whereabouts of the missing person.

The evening began with a masked ball accompanied by karaoke, where the participants showed enviable dancing and singing skills. This corporate event gave the opportunity for the employees to socialize, recharge, celebrate diverse cultures and foster a renewed sense of unity and excitement within the Group.

"We are very happy that we succeeded to gather our colleagues from the countries we operate in, to the beautiful Rila Mountains. It was an amazing two-days event where we shared thoughts, knowledge and had lots of fun together. We chose the slogan of the event "Teamwork makes the dream work! “by the famous author John C. Maxwell to prove that when there is a good working environment and atmosphere, everything is possible and can be achieved with ease. Unfortunately, not all companies from EIG were present which is a promise that next time it would be more fun when we gather-up also with the colleagues from Georgia and North Macedonia.” said Kremena Pateva, Executive Director of EIG.
