My Euroins and My Euroins Health are the new online portals for clients of Euroins Bulgaria


Through smartphones we can make payments, manage money, and even consult a doctor. So, what could be more normal than that, our insurer to be also on the phone? Recently Euroins Bulgaria presented its completely renewed corporate website for online sales and client service, which is part of the strategy of the company to digitize the administration and sales processes of insurances.

"For us, this is the next step in the growth of the company, which has been developing its activities in Bulgaria and abroad for over 25 years. We offer a wide range of insurance products to meet the needs of both our individual clients and businesses. Taking leading positions in the insurance market in Bulgaria in the recent years, the responsibility towards our clients is also increasing", says Joanna Tsoneva, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Euroins.

Part of the company's renewed website are the two new client portals - MyEuroins and MyEuroinsHealth. With them, the company wants to provide a new user experience to its clients, while at the same time following the trend of making its services available on all devices – from desktops and laptops to tablets and smartphones.

MyEuroins is the place where everyone can manage their own insurance policies- easily and quickly take out insurance, review the history of all insurances concluded in Euroins within the last three years, track the status of a submitted claim and pay installment online. Through MyEuroins, every user can take out motor third party liability insurance as well as travel insurance. The policy is received immediately on the specified email and with that the insurance is ready. This online portal can be used by both individuals and companies.

Another no less important insurance is the health insurance. MyEuroinsHealth enables each client to track the history of preventive examinations carried out, to send a request for reimbursement of expenses for paid examinations and tests, as well as to follow the development and decision of his claim.

"Standing firmly on our experience, with our new online services we confidently move towards the future through digitization, the goal of which is to make it as easy as possible for users and allow them to benefit from our company's services even faster and more intuitively. With this new step, we also turn our attention to the young people in Bulgaria, for whom receiving services through the smartphones is the most natural thing they value in their daily life," explains Joanna Tsoneva.
