Mrs. Nicolae-Pora is leading the Phoenix team as CEO, after a solid 22-year career in the insurance industry built on and reinforced by top grade academics, in insurance studies. With 11 years of management proficiency as insurance director at Euroins Romania, her impressive professional profile was defined steadily starting 2001, onwards and upwards, as insurance inspector, brokers coordinator, manager, and director, as she had joined top players of Romanian insurance market like Asirom, Generali, Omniasig, with a brief introspection in pensions funds as Area Manager at BRD.

Mrs. Nicolae-Pora holds master’s degree in financial Products in Insurance from Faculty of Finance and Banking (FABBV) and bachelor’s degree in insurance and social Protection from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. She holds several certificates in Risk Management and Actuarial Studies Insurance from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. She is fluent in English.
