Eter Zhorzholiani
Legal Director and Member of the Managing Board
Mrs. Zhorzholiani has 14 years’ experience in senior management positions in the insurance field. Her career includes experience in insurance, medical services management, finance and related legal fields of private sector.
Eter Zhorzholiani holds degree in law from Tbilisi State University, Master’s degree in Public Administration from Georgian Institute of Public Affairs and US Certificate of University of Georgia, also specialization in International and transnational Law from Chicago-Kent School of American Law.
She is a lector of Insurance Law at one of the leading Georgian Universities and arbitrator at Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) in the field of insurance.
Levan Kakulia
Chief Financial Director and Member of the Managing Board
Mr. Kakulia has over 15 years experience in management positions in finance and insurance. He held different positions in VTB Bank – one of the biggest Georgian Banks, from the Head of VIP clients division to Chief accountant (2003 – 2006); he was CEO of G&D construction company (2006 – 2011), simultaneously working as a consultant for the VTB Bank Supervisory board (2010 – 2011). Since 2011 Mr. Kakulia is the Chief Financial Officer at Insurance Company IC Group, recently renamed to Insurance Company Euroins Georgia.
Levan Kakulia holds a Master's Diploma in Banking from the Georgian Technical University. He is fluent in English, Russian and German.
Cagatay Uludag
Chief Strategy Officer and Member of the Managing Board
Mr. Uludag has 20 years’ of experience in management and senior management positions in finance and insurance in several EU and Non-EU countries. After several Retail Banking management positions in Turkey, he was appointed as Branch Network Sales Group Head of CJSC Credit Europe Bank in Kiev-Ukraine. He held senior management positions continue in the same group as; (2009 -2011) Assistant Vice President in Frankfurt am Main-Germany, (2011-2012) Country Manager/Assistant Vice President in Antwerp-Belgium. In 2012 he was appointed as Deputy General Manager responsible from Sales and Marketing in Ergo Insurance S.A.(former Credit Europe Insurance) until 2019. He joined Euroins Insurance Group in 2019 as International and Group Corporate Affairs Director and at the same time holding the position of Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Board Member in Euroins Georgia.
Cagatay Uludag holds Master of Science degree in Business Management from Cankaya University, Ankara. He speaks English and Romanian.
Giorgi Sulamanidze
Executive Director and Member of the Board
Mr. Sulamanidze has 16th years of experience in senior management positions in finance and high expertise in commercial direction, customer relationship and account management. He has extensive expertise in the whole operational sector in a bank - clearing, cards, operation, loan administration, and document management. Mr. Sulamanidze held senior management positions as follows: (1999 -2005) in United Georgian Bank ( now J.S.C VTB Georgia - VTB Group); (2005-2013) in J.S.C Bank Republic - Société Générale Group and at the same time member of the Supervisory board at J.S.C “Georgian Card”. He was a member of the Management board in Kapi Llc (2014-2015) and since 2017 he is part of Euroins Georgia as follows: (2017-2020) as Chief operating officer; (2020 -2021) as Head of internal audit and since 2022 he is a member of the Management board and Executive director.
Giorgi Sulamanidze holds Ph.D. degree in Banking and Master degree in Economics.He speaks English, Russian and Georgian.
